Welcome to Cotswold Rolfing
Rolfing Structural Integration and Fascia Stretch Therapy

I am Ros Ivison and I run and own Cotswold Rolfing. I offer a range of treatments – Rolfing Structural Integration, Fascia Stretch Therapy™ and Rossiter Stretching.
I am a Certified Rolfer and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Practitioner as well as a Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapist and Level III Rossiter Stretching Coach.
When you attend Cotswold Rolfing seeking treatment, I will assess your needs at that time and will use a blend of all the therapies that I have learned over the years. These therapies include Rolfing, Craniosacral Therapy, Fascia Stretch Therapy™ and Rossiter Stretching.
Normally, you can expect a significant improvement in your condition and symptoms within three sessions. Following this, we will work together to see how many more sessions you will need.

New Treatments coming to the Practice Soon
There will be new treatments coming to the practice towards the end of this year and next year. I will be travelling to Arizona again at the beginning of November to the Stretch to Win Institute to undertake my Level 4 training in Fascia Stretch Therapy and will then be the only Level 4 trained therapist in the whole UK.
Next year in 2027, I hope to travel to the US to study Myofascial Release. This is the John Barnes Myofascial Release method that is very gentle and can be helpful for clients who need a gentler form of release than Rolfing is able to provide.
I also hope to study Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, which was devised by Doug Nelson and can offer greater relief, by being more precise with the muscles that you are working with.
Keep an eye out for when these new therapies will be arriving in the practice.
Treatments

Rolfing
You can have a full 10 series or a mini 3 series
to help with chronic pain and postural issues.

Fascia Stretch Therapy™
Extremely good for helping with pain and stiffness
issues, as it targets the joints along with the fascia.
